The Start + Grow + Breed Bundle is designed for someone who wants more than a basic starter kit. You'll receive two 8 oz Red Wiggler Starter Colonies (16 oz total), giving you the flexibility to start two separate worm bins or combine both colonies into one larger system.
You can use one colony to start a simple shoebox style worm bin and the second to begin a stackable system, or keep all 16 oz together and build from there. The three included digital guides give you different paths to explore as your worm farm grows.

As your worm population grows and mature adults become available, you can begin selecting worms to set up dedicated breeder bins using the Red Wiggler Breeder Bins guide.
You do not need to set up all three systems at once. These guides are designed to give you resources you can grow into as your worm farm develops.
What You'll Need at Home
You'll need a suitable bin or bins, something to cover your bin (my favorite is newspaper and then bubble wrap, bubbleside down, and water. Your Starter Colonies arrive packaged with shredded cardboard that can be moistened and used as part of your initial bedding.
Important Live Worm Information
Live worms are shipped only when weather conditions are safe enough for shipping. Shipping may be delayed during periods of extreme heat or cold to protect your worms.
Because these are live animals, exact worm counts, sizes, and maturity will naturally vary. Each Starter Colony is sold by weight rather than by an exact number of worms.
